Raised seats, bidets and safety rails in one place Free delivery across Europe on orders over €50 Eco packaging on every order Family owned

What we do

Most shops treat bathroom aids as an afterthought, one raised seat on a shelf between the bath mats. We treat it as the whole shop: seats, rails, bidets and the small aids that solve the jobs in between.

We sell online only, direct across Europe. You work out which movement is difficult, pick the one product that helps with it, and we send it. Most people need one item, not a bathroom full of them, and we would rather tell you that.

How we work

This is a fit it yourself shop. Nothing here is installed for you, and nothing here needs to be: seats and rails clamp on by hand, and the bidets connect to the cold feed already going into your cistern. The one exception is the electric bidet seat, which needs a mains socket beside the toilet.

Prices are in euro and include everything you pay at checkout. Delivery is free across Europe on orders of €50 or more, and a flat €22 below that.

Not sure which one solves your problem, or whether a rail will fit your bath? Email us at theteam@raisedtoiletseat.eu.com before you buy and we will help you work it out.

Choosing the right one

Start with the movement, not the product. Standing up off the toilet points to a raised seat, and the only real decision there is arms or no arms. Getting in and out of the bath points to a clamp on rail, and which of our two fits depends on how thick your bath wall is, so measure it. Reaching points either to a long handled grip, if the problem is reach, or to a bidet, if the problem is grip strength. Getting out of bed points to the bed rail. We will say plainly when a product will not help you.

What we sell

Raised toilet seats

Seat risers that clamp onto a standard or elongated toilet and add 12.7 cm of height, with or without arm supports. No tools, and they lift off again in seconds.

Bath safety rails

Two clamp on rails, one moulded with a textured grip and one in one piece powder coated steel. Both fit without drilling. Which one you need depends on the thickness of your bath wall.

Bidets

A handheld stainless sprayer, a slim under seat attachment, a non electric bidet seat in two bowl shapes, and an electric seat with heated water and a dryer.

Accessories

A 38 cm long handled toilet paper grip with a soft latex free head, and a steel bed assist rail with height adjustment and a storage pouch.

Frequently asked questions

What do you actually sell?

Four things, really: raised toilet seats, bath safety rails, bidets, and small aids like a long handled toilet paper grip and a bed assist rail. All of it fits the toilet, bath or bed you already have.

Do I need a plumber or a builder?

No. Seats and rails clamp on by hand, and the bidets connect to the cold feed that already fills your cistern. Nothing is drilled into tiles. The one exception is the electric bidet seat, which needs a mains socket beside the toilet.

How do I know which product I need?

Start with the movement that is difficult. Standing up off the toilet points to a raised seat, getting in and out of the bath points to a rail, reaching points to the grip or a bidet, and getting out of bed points to the bed rail. If you are not sure, email us and describe the problem.

Are these medical devices?

No. They are daily living aids. We do not claim that any of them treats a condition, aids recovery or prevents falls, and none of them is prescribed.

Why do some pages not state a weight limit?

Because the supplier does not publish one for those items. We would rather say so than print a number we cannot stand behind on a product that carries someone's full weight. Ask us and we will go back to the supplier.

What does delivery cost?

Free across Europe on orders of €50 or more. Below that it is a flat €22, shown in your basket before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours, then delivered in 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week in total.

Can I return something if it does not fit my bathroom?

Yes. Everything here is a standard stock item, so you have the full 14 day right to change your mind and a further 14 days to send it back in resaleable condition. Measure first and keep the packaging until it is fitted.

What happens if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

We put it right at no cost to you, with a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage.

How do I pay?

Credit and debit cards through Stripe, or PayPal. Both go through a secure checkout.

Is there a showroom I can visit?

No. We are an online only shop with no showroom and no installation service, which is part of why the prices stay where they are.

Who am I actually buying from?

The trading name, legal entity, company registration number and registered address are all in the company details on this page. Email us any time and a real person replies.
